Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery

We aim to deliver in 2–4 clear working days. If any part of your order will take longer, we will telephone or email you and you can cancel the item if you wish. In the extremely unlikely event of an order taking longer than 30 days to deliver, a full refund will be offered if you choose to cancel your order. 2. Delivery charges
Delivery is £3.50 within the UK, regardless of the size of the order. For information on delivery charges outside mainland UK, please contact our Customer Services team.


3 Returns
Before returning any items call our customer service team on 01795 830242 for a returns form. This must be enclosed with the goods you are returning.
  • If you have received damaged or faulty goods then we will either replace them or credit the card you used to pay for the goods. We will also refund your delivery charges.
  • If you have the wrong size or colour then we will send out the correct product or offer you a full refund. All goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Goods must be returned unused and in an ‘as new’ condition.
  • If you simply don’t like what you bought then once you’ve returned it we will credit your card. All goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Goods must be returned unused and in an ‘as new’ condition.
  • Refunds: We do not store your credit card number, therefore our customer service team will contact you by telephone to make any refunds, citing your order reference number so you can be sure the call is legitimate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

4. Prices
Prices are as quoted on the website at the time you place your order, exclusive of delivery. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses on orders over £ otherwise the flat fee is £ to UK Postcodes addresses, regardless of the size of the order. For information on delivery charges outside mainland UK, contact our customer services team.


5. No Hidden Charges
The prices displayed on the site include VAT. We do not include delivery charges within the price for individual items, as delivery fees are calculated on your order as a whole. Any delivery fees (where applicable) are added and clearly stated at the checkout.


6. Payment Options
We accept orders via this web site, and also by phone on +44 (0)1795 830242 (9.00am–5.30pm UK time, Mon–Fri).
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Delta, JCB, Solo


7. Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability.


8. Data protection
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
If you do not want us to pass your information to any third parties or you wish to stop receiving any information about us and our services, email your request to service@essential-accessories.co.uk.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We do not store your credit or debit card details.


9. Product descriptions
Due to the limitations of photography and broadcasting, colours of goods you receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your monitor. Essential Accessories cannot be held responsible for any variations in product specifications enforced without notice by our suppliers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with an item, you may of course return it. Please refer to the Returns policy.
