Delivery Prices

Deliveries within the UK

Our Standard Delivery option is £4.50 to the United Kingdom mainland. If you would like a delivery to be made elsewhere then please contact us and we can give you a revised price.

We aim to deliver in 3 clear working days but often it is quicker than this as purchases are normally sent the same working day. If there will be a delay on any part of your order, we will telephone or email you and you can cancel the item if you wish. In the extremely unlikely event of an order taking longer than 10 working days to deliver, a full refund will be offered if you choose to cancel your order.

All large items such as suitcases are normally delivered by ANC Couriers between 9am and 6pm weekdays only (Monday to Friday). A signature is required on delivery and items cannot be left in an out-building, kennel or garage. The time-of-day for deliveries cannot be guaranteed.

The delivery address can be different from the billing address. If you would prefer the delivery to be made to your work address or an alternative address, enter those details as the delivery address when you order. (Remember that the package will have to be signed for.)
